Breakfast was good, but dinner was dominated by too much Indian food, which wasn’t listed on the website; we were the only guests, the place felt soulless, very tired, and the patio and outside area were unkempt.

The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond. The location was peaceful and pretty. The restaurant food was lovely and offered good value. Free parking was a bonus, and you receive a parking permit when you check in.

The staff were fantastic, always helpful and accommodating. The on‑site food was lovely, especially the freshly made chicken tikka. The bed felt very comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom curtains, however, didn’t offer enough privacy; a privacy film would have helped.
