We loved how comfy and immaculate the apartment was, especially with a bunch of families and kids in tow. The little farm on site kept the youngsters entertained, and the lift pass included in the price meant we could hit the slopes after a ten‑minute walk; the village also has a bakery and a restaurant, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The ski location can’t be beat – a pleasant five‑minute stroll in the morning gets you to the rental shop for warm gear, and you can grab a coffee at the bakery‑café on the way. From there it’s only about 150 m to the gondola, and in roughly twenty minutes you’re already on the slopes.

Being close to the Millennium Express lift was a real plus, and the on‑site ski‑gear lockers made storing equipment easy. I couldn’t think of anything that would bring the rating down.

Our stay at Bauernhof Katin felt like home – the rooms were clean, comfy and fully equipped, and the whole place had a warm, cozy vibe. It’s just a five‑minute walk to the cable car, and the hosts were always friendly and ready to help with any question we had. We’ll definitely be back next year.
