I spent my third, longest visit at the Swiss Hotel and overall it was solid; breakfast quality stayed high, they arranged a taxi on short notice, and they called me promptly for my early departure on the last day, plus the air‑con in my room worked reliably. The downside was that my room only had Netflix and no TV channels, and a hand towel would have been appreciated.

This boutique hotel is a gem; from arrival the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience truly enjoyable. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere inviting, giving guests a relaxing space. Air‑con worked flawlessly, especially after a long day, and the Wi‑Fi was very good. Breakfast was another highlight with a great selection to start the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll return to enjoy the swimming pool next time.

The two girls at breakfast, the door guards, and the housekeeping lady were kind and attentive, but breakfast itself was very poor. The rest of the staff came across as a little arrogant, especially one waiter.
