Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The room was upgraded on arrival free of charge, the staff were friendly, and the environment was clean. The doors in the property are loud because of the Yale locks, and I was woken by other guests shutting them; breakfast was good, but better quality bacon and sausage would have pushed our score to 10/10.

The building is nice, the refurbishment is clean and pleasant, and the walk along the cliff side is clean and nice.

The room was beautifully presented with great sea views, the staff were friendly and helpful, every area looked immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a fair walk from the railway station and a steep walk from town, but it’s a lovely part of Scarborough.

The room was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, setting the standard for the rest of the hotel, especially in terms of personal service; both breakfast and dinner were of the highest standard.

The décor is stunning yet cozy, giving off a warm, inviting vibe that felt like home. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Located in a quiet part of town with breathtaking sea views, we could still stroll into the town even at our age. Every staff member was genuinely friendly and constantly sought ways to help, making the experience memorable. Parking is on the road outside—there’s plenty and it’s safe. The main entrance requires several steps, but an alternate entrance has just a few broad steps and a lift to all floors. The food was tasty; the small menu keeps everything fresh and varied. The hotel’s elegance and warmth stem from the lovely people who run and work there, and we met regular guests who plan to return. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
