Nothing at all. The manual gate forces you to get out of the car and open it, Wi‑Fi isn’t working, the walls and carpets are very dirty, the bed is uncomfortable and noisy, and everything else was just bad.

Finding the hotel was a breeze, but the room felt chilly and the air‑con seemed unreliable—no remote was given after we asked, and the extra blanket we received had a horrible smell. Bathroom lighting was so poor we could barely see, with only one side lamp working. The couch was visibly dirty and old, and the whole space clearly needs a makeover. There was no TV, only two cups without a kettle, sugar, coffee/tea, or milk, and no fridge in the room. I called the same day I booked to confirm room quality so I could add to my stay, yet I was assured all rooms were identical and of excellent standard.

The place was quiet and all the kitchen utensils were present, but the blanket in my room had a foul, dirty odor. I handed it to the staff the next day, but they didn’t replace it.
