Locanda e Ristoro MALETTO is a magnificent place, surrounded by nature and far from everything, perfect for a weekend of relaxation in contact with nature, surrounded by mountains and a charming panorama. Many interesting trekking routes start from here. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, making you feel at home immediately. The décor is simple but well‑kept, the room cleanliness is perfect, and breakfast is good. The value for money is excellent. The mattresses are not very comfortable, and for the shower I’d prefer a better solution than the tent that lets a bit of water out.

The location is fantastic, the building is welcoming and spotless, surrounded by greenery. The vibe feels genuine and the staff are attentive and very courteous. Truly a delightful find.

The place is well kept and offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Dinner was excellent and plentiful, and breakfast matched that quality and quantity. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the roughly 9 km drive from Carema on a rather challenging road, but that can be seen as a perk if you want to stay away from the city bustle.
