The cleanliness of the room was a redeeming quality, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the other issues. The rooms didn't match the pictures, and the location was quite odd. The staff didn't offer any support when we needed it, and there was no restaurant on site. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

To be honest, there wasn't much to like about this hotel. The only positive aspect was its proximity to the visa centre, which was convenient for us. The staff were helpful, but that was about it. The food prices were exorbitant, and the menu was limited, with no options for rice or curry. The noise from the road was also a major issue, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We ended up ordering from Zomato instead.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness and amenities. We were surprised to find that morning tea wasn't available, and there was no electric kettle for making tea or coffee. The food was average, but the lack of basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to the owner's warm hospitality and the front desk officers' willingness to help. The room was neat and clean, with a comfortable bed. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
