I liked the hotel’s location, the food was good (I tried the veg options), the garden was beautiful, the urban shopping experience nearby, and Sangam is also close by. The room service was annoying because the hot water arrives but you have to flush a bucket of water to get it hot.

The stay was comfortable and the location was good; my purpose was met and the staff was cooperative and friendly. The price doesn’t justify the property for me, the building is old and some amenities were not working, so overall I’d give it 7.5/10.

I stayed here about 10‑15 years back, and the hotel’s facilities have gotten better, but the toilets still need refurbishment.
