Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The place is in a fantastic spot, breakfast was decent and service was okay, but the valet parking was fine only because no one was available due to illness, so the front desk ended up parking our car; the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

The design is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it sits right in the middle of upscale shopping; parking on the street in front of the hotel lets you skip the fees.

Southlake… if you’re in the know, you’ll get it.

The hotel is clean, the staff are polite and helpful, the facilities are in order, and it’s located right in the town center of Southlake.

They greeted us with our pup, but then refused to enter our room while we were away to clean, even though the pup was in her kennel, which made no sense; the shower had mold in several spots, we couldn’t switch rooms, so they had to come and clean the shower and also service the air conditioner, changing the filter.
