Everything was spotless. The proximity to Kunsai Station was perfect for my next-day flight from Incheon Airport. There’s no other place near Narita Airport that offers this price and closeness. During my stay the place was unmanned and all instructions came via message, which felt a bit uneasy.

Perfect for a layover at Incheon Airport. It’s a guest house with a private bedroom, bathroom, communal kitchen, and seating area. The rooms were clean, well laid out, and great value. We’d gladly return.

Clean, spacious, bright, with new interior and furniture that feels comfortable. The host was friendly and helped with luggage. Though the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, there’s a repaired conveyor in the stairwell that only requires a short climb. Walking less than 10 minutes gets you to the metro and a large Lotte supermarket. The area is quiet at night, with insects chirping and stars visible. A 5:30 am metro shuttle to the airport runs frequently, so there’s no worry about early‑morning safety. It’s a convenient, comfortable spot for transit in Korea.

Very convenient and comfortable, with tasty samgyeopsal, dumplings, and coffee shops nearby—totally satisfied. No complaints.

The owner is very friendly. The public area’s plates, microwave, and fridge are practical. If you’re heading to Inspire Arena for a concert, it’s easy to share a taxi with others. The only downside is the door‑closing sound is a bit loud.
