The place sits in a safe area near the main roads and canal, far enough from the noise yet close to the F.te Nove Ferry for easy island hopping. The room was spacious and spotless, and the host was quick to respond and very helpful. The shared bathrooms were cleaned daily, which was nice, but still a bit inconvenient – a common issue in Venice.

La habitación es grande y el palacio de 600 años tiene un encanto especial. Sin embargo, las puertas hacen mucho ruido y necesitan lubricante; además, el baño compartido al lado hacía golpes toda la noche, con voces y ruidos de la habitación contigua que resultaban molestos. Si te tocan tres inadaptadas al lado, como a nosotros, la pasas mal. Al avisar al personal, lo solucionó de inmediato.

The location is excellent – close to everything but still in a quiet spot. Everything you need is available at a reasonable price.

The private bathroom and clean rooms make it a great stay, and the host is friendly. The place is quiet, but the 2nd floor has no elevator, making heavy luggage a real hassle. The mattress was too soft and caused back pain.
