Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
I stayed here while in Kata and I have to say I was very happy; the room was clean and cozy, the breakfast service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, with the beach close by. Nearby there are also 7/11, massage centers, and a great Italian restaurant. It’s in a quiet area, so it’s perfect for those looking to relax. I will definitely return.

The property consists of small living units, spacious rooms, and a tiny pool. The owner tries hard to help you, but sometimes it feels intrusive. The facilities are very basic; we chose it for the price, which is below the local average. I’d call it functional. The breakfast could definitely be improved—perhaps add fresh fruit, a coffee machine, and cappuccino. The savory options are always the same: egg, wistel, and something I can’t recall. I’d advise the owner to be a bit less stingy and more relaxed.

Rooms were very clean and large. It's off the main road on a private to a resort so quiet. Location is central. The manager was so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was terrible. We've stayed in maybe resorts like this with breakfast and our expectation isn't super high but this was do bad we stopped going after day 2 even though it was paid for, the ingredients are the cheapest possible

The location was great, close to the beach yet far enough from the main avenue to avoid the noise. Breakfast was served at an off‑site restaurant that wasn’t far, tasty and plentiful. I ordered a take‑away and the variety and quality were sensational. Reception staff and especially the housekeeping team were very friendly. The room was spotless and well‑conditioned, the bed super comfortable with immaculate linens. The fridge worked, though it was barely noticeable. Overall the room needs some general upkeep; wear on the bathroom mirror and a spot on a seat should be fixed. It’s not a big deal and doesn’t ruin the pleasant vibe, but worth mentioning.
