The couch had a hole, there was no refrigerator, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The room was on the first floor, but the fresh water (the water with lemon wasn’t changed) and the coffee in the lobby were lacking, there was no pool, and the lady at the front desk spent the whole day on her phone, making it seem like helping anyone was a chore.

I liked the fireplace and that it was clean, but there was no complimentary breakfast, the airport shuttle parked in front of the hotel and made traffic difficult, there were massive potholes all over the parking lot, and the keycards didn’t work on the side doors for easier access to our room where we had to park.
