The property offers good recreational options and a beautiful natural setting. The meals could be tastier and offer more variety.

“Destaque positivo para os recreadores e negativo para os quartos em que fiquei”

The resort’s facilities are good. The caregivers are very friendly and fun, and there are many activities, games, and parties on the hotel and beach. They also have a train and vans that take guests to the beach, providing umbrellas and chairs on site. The van also takes guests to the center. I wasn’t lucky with the rooms. The spaces themselves were good, clean, and the shower was fine. On the first night I stayed in the upper block (more distant/isolated), which is great for me because I have light sleep and the room was very quiet, but there was a strong smell and I couldn’t sleep all night because of it. I ended up feeling sick. The next morning I found out the smell was from the wood of the doors, and all rooms in that block had the same smell (it was cold and damp, which may have intensified it). Because the hotel was full, I got a room in the block next to the reception. That room was good, no bad smell, but unlike the first, the acoustics were terrible and I could hear a lot of noise. Around 6:30 am the noises started and it was no longer possible to sleep.

“Excelente resort! Recomendamos para famílias!”

The structure is fantastic, bigger than we imagined. The recreation team stood out because, having stayed at many resorts, this was the first time both daughters had dedicated caregivers—one for teens and one for younger kids. Even for adults there were several great activities. Bonus: a trail to the ilhéus beach, and our teenage daughter went with the “aunt” from recreation. The food is wonderful, very good. The beach is close and has a shuttle. The hot pools are very clean. The water park is great, the slides are tall, and there are smaller ones too. The little farm is top, the tea house, winter space, etc. I recommend it and will return! Also, all services deserve praise for excellent service. The bed could have been better.

I liked everything about the place. The rooms were clean, the service was quick, and the vibe was just right. No complaints, honestly.

“Muito bom! Vontaremos!”

The entertainment crew and the property staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was that the cheaper apartments sit up on the hill, so we had to drive down to the water park, restaurant, and game room.
