“Better steer clear of these scammers!”

We booked a room ten days ahead, and they confirmed right away and thanked us. A few days later they told us they only accept cash, which was fine. The night before arrival, they texted that they were overbooked and had no rooms, asking for our understanding. I replied that this was unacceptable, asked why they waited until the last night, and said I’d report them. After a few hours with no reply, I started hunting for another place and barely found something decent because everything else was booked. Later that night they texted again saying they could accommodate us after all—not because of my message, but because another guest cancelled. Since I’d already booked elsewhere, I didn’t want to cancel that. This was utterly unprofessional, and I’ve seen low ratings for them elsewhere. Stay away from these scammers.

The hotel is clean and organized, rooms are very large, the location is excellent, and I highly recommend it.
