The only good thing was the location close to the city; the noise was an issue because a party was happening at the penthouse, so the sound could be heard from my room; the alarm in the room went off for 3 minutes and startled me; the shower didn’t work well—I was in room 72 and it took forever to shower because the pressure was so weak; I hate that I had to go downstairs to the other building for ice and the microwave.

I chose this place because it was one of the cheaper last‑minute options on my list, so I expected a decent deal. The bed was at least comfortable, but the overall experience felt misrepresented compared to the online pictures that claimed a four‑star rating and scenic views. The room wasn’t clean: I found odd stains in both the bathroom and bedroom, the headboard was patched poorly, and the view was disappointing. After I checked out, I left my luggage at the front desk, and the staff simply told me “you can come pick it up” from the storage room instead of helping me. When I tried calling for a late‑night check‑in in an unfamiliar area, nobody answered the phone.

La vue du balcon était superbe. L’établissement nous a débiter deux fois… Extrêmement bruyant, il y a une salle de réception à l’étage où il y a souvent des soirées…
