The location is fine, but the rooms lack proper sound insulation so I could hear all outside noise, the bed linen was dirty twice and I had to ask them to clean the blanket because it was old and damp; there was no supervision of the pool and we encountered a group of disrespectful teenagers, and no one intervened.

Everything is great except the check‑out; I asked for a trolley to move my luggage and it took 30 minutes to arrive even after repeated calls to reception, causing me to miss my appointment! I waited about 30 minutes for my luggage to be loaded.
