The hotel is close to the beach and has many restaurants, but the hallway lights are dim and the hotel should install better lighting in the corridor.

The room has a window, is spacious, airy, and clean. The hallway’s automatic lights are a bit too dim.

The staff were friendly and the overall value was good, but you have to check everything when you enter the room and write it down if you can. When I left, the staff said they couldn’t find the remotes for the AC and TV. The remotes had been missing since I entered the room; I never saw them during my entire stay and didn’t know they were supposed to be there. Whoever checked the room before me didn’t notice they were missing, so I ended up paying for them. They’re not expensive, but it’s annoying to pay for someone else’s mistake. Another review mentioned that the TV remote was missing during his stay as well, so it’s not the first time this has happened. Other than that, the hotel is clearly aimed more at locals than foreigners. Sound insulation is poor and there was construction that started every morning at the crack of dawn. If you’re used to Southeast Asia it’s not unbearable, but be aware.

The hotel is not far from the sea, which is the only plus. I didn’t like anything from start to finish. On Google Maps there are two listings for this hotel, but it’s actually just one. The man at reception was unpleasant (there was another, younger, more normal one). We arrived early and wanted to wait downstairs until check‑in, so they told us we could check in early for an extra fee (the fee was not small, like a full night at a hotel). We said we’d wait, but they couldn’t find our reservation, so they eventually let us into a room early, probably because they didn’t want us to sit around and bother them. They added an extra 50 000 to our bill without explaining why. The room was dirty and it’s unclear why it wasn’t ready earlier, as no one had lived there for a long time. In the bathroom there was a hole in the corridor that would let people see you while you showered. The room had a window that faced the corridor, which couldn’t be closed and anyone could enter the room. The TV was not connected and there was no remote for it. We stayed 7 days, no one cleaned, no towels were changed, and no trash was taken out. The floors were washed and the towels were laundered by themselves. We were also surprised that on the second morning we woke up to the noise of a perforator, hammering, and every day from 7 am they were changing the hotel doors. Why not do it in the day? I don’t know. They were breaking old doors and putting new ones. I think this is disrespectful to guests. I do not recommend the hotel.
