The rooms were very beautiful, breakfasts were included and of good quality. Carmen was extremely kind and very helpful.

I liked how close it was to the ruins. Someone at the bar was always willing to help, and the breakfast was lovely. The shower was either boiling hot or cold.

The staff were disorganized, unprepared and unprofessional, as if it were their first day on the job. Room cleaning was awful: dust, stained sheets, and a bathroom infested with ants that were treated not with pest control but with talc spread throughout the room, bathroom, and stairs—terrible. The room was noisy. The next morning we were promised that our luggage would be kept until early afternoon, yet the door remained open so anyone could enter. The owner was never seen. You pay for breakfast included at a property and you only get a coffee and a biscuit. Very disappointing. I would not recommend it. The owner later wrote to me after reading the review, with insults and completely ignorant replies. This should not be on this platform. Report it and don't be fooled.
