The location is excellent, just meters from the Grand Canal and a few blocks from the train station; you step off and are there in 5 minutes. The room is large and they provide coffee. There was a slight odor in the bathroom, not intense, but it’s common in Venice. Overall everything was very clean and the bathroom was nice.

The property’s location and size were excellent. The mattress on the bed was rock‑hard and not very comfortable.

“Comfortable and close to train station”

The location is great, Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioning work well, and walking from the train station with luggage is easy except for the bridge that has stairs. The stairs leading to the apartment could be difficult for anyone carrying suitcases.

“Great location. Spacious suite. Good selection of breakfast for anyone. Near the water, water buses and taxis restaurant”

The suite is spacious and the spot is well‑situated. Breakfast offers a good selection, and the accommodation itself is excellent. No negatives.

“Great location & amenities - Wonderful staff”

The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The apartment feels cosy and modern, with everything you need for a short stay. The shower provides plenty of hot water and the bed is very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area and the location is great. When we checked out, the staff offered to keep our bags in the main hotel because our train was departing a few hours later – that was fantastic. Overall, a great place. The only downside: we were on the ground floor and could hear footsteps from the apartment above early in the morning.
