I visited for the third time this year and was never disappointed; it’s the best spot in Gliwice.

“Pobyt 02-03.10.26”

The location was excellent, close to dining spots and with nearby parking even though the hotel itself doesn’t have a parking lot; the room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom matched that standard. Breakfast was very good and varied, so everyone can find something they like. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the value for money was very good. The only downside (which I reported at reception upon check‑out) was the extremely uncomfortable mattress in room 316—it was sagging, worn out, and the springs were poking into my ribs and more. The receptionist on 03.10.26, who was not the same person who had checked me in the day before, still argued that I was lying because other guests had praised the mattress comfort. In my view, she should have logged the complaint and escalated it, but perhaps that’s just her standard. I’m not generalizing everyone.

“Niska cena za noc w dobrym miejscu”

The location is right in the center by the beautiful market, but the single bed was very uncomfortable, practically a broken folding chair that couldn’t lie straight.
