Breakfast was missing because the food lady didn’t show up, even though it was supposed to be included; also the room was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned.

There was nothing good; the room initially smelled of mold, the bathroom had flies and gnats, the carpet smelled like weed and cigarettes, and the room seemed unclean, possibly with stained headboard.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast at 8:30 was horrible: no coffee, no apple juice, no eggs, and the staff made no attempt to refill.

I had asked before booking if there was parking for a pickup and a 50‑ft car trailer; you only had one spot and it was taken, so I had to park off‑site. The office chair was torn badly, the stuffed chair had a seat that didn't match, the air‑conditioner was mounted so high that I couldn’t reach the controls, the pillows were so flat they were worthless, the alarm clock was broken, and the TV remote was missing a battery cover and the batteries kept falling out.

I booked a room that turned out to be dirty, so I was moved to a new one where I discovered dead insects on the floor. The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient, but the room cleanliness left a bad impression.
