Everything was perfect; they truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied. This will be my favourite hotel in Paris from now on! It’s beautiful, spotless, and the service is intentional and thoughtful. Honestly, nothing to complain about.

The setting is clean and well‑situated, but the hotel charged me for a towel and sheet damage without providing evidence, so I refused to pay. The dispute went on for several days, and as a result the hotel forced me to cancel my reservation for 16–17 September to process the irregular debit, which was frustrating.
