“The best time ever!!!”

I loved the staff, from the cooks to the desk clerk, and they made sure the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. Breakfast was good too, and Chi Chi was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work—we’ll return. Nothing else to add.

“It should be someone at the site all day like every other hotel. Not being able to check in on time, for hours is unacce”

The room was big, had a fridge and microwave, and the spot itself was convenient, yet I booked it for a 4 pm check‑in and no one was there when I arrived, so I waited outside for almost two hours in the heat with a dead phone—an awful start. The elevator is slow and the tub drains slowly, causing water to rise to my ankles while showering.

I liked the location, the friendly staff and the cleanliness. The room was comfortable and served its purpose as a place to sleep, and the value for money was good. I don’t dislike it, but the elevator and breakfast room could use improvements. In the kitchen/corridor of the room, using the coffee machine or making toast would have been hard to clean and dry the dishes.
