No extra charges for cleaning, but the extra fee of 20 pounds felt like rubbish.

On my second visit, the room was well maintained, freshly decorated, had a comfortable bed and a good‑sized shower; it seems the hotel is used by the council for homeless people, but the staff handled the situation with great credit.
