The spot was gorgeous and super quiet – perfect for a break before continuing the road trip, with big, soft beds that held up for our family of six. The staff were friendly and quick to help; when a light went out they pointed us toward a mechanic and even told us where to buy spare parts in Puerto Murta, which is just a short paved stretch away.

The owner was really attentive and the setting of the place couldn't be better. The house itself felt very comfortable, everything we needed was there. No real complaints.

Probably our top pick along the Carretera Austral – the hosts were friendly and the scenery around the property was stunning. They also gave us the tip to see the marble caves from Puerto Sánchez, which turned out to be a great move. Nothing else to fault.

The place itself is lovely and fully equipped, with handy touches like a BBQ grill and a usable terrace that really set it apart. The main bedroom could use a sturdier double bed and a nightstand, which are currently missing. Overall a nice spot.
