During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Tanmay, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities fell short of my expectations, with dirty bedsheets, towels, and a subpar washroom. Despite these issues, the staff's efforts made a significant difference, and I appreciate their hard work in trying to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel in Mersin that left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing a decent experience, and the prices they charged were outrageous. Despite the initial promise of a comfortable stay, I was left feeling frustrated and ripped off when they failed to deliver on their commitments.

I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail that the hotel's maintenance team has put into keeping the rooms in top condition. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the rooms were exceptional, and I was thoroughly enjoying my stay. While there were no major complaints to speak of, I did feel that the hotel could have been more communicative about the amenities and services available.

One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was its fantastic location, which allowed me to easily explore the nearby historical sites and attractions. The hotel's proximity to these landmarks made it the perfect base for my holiday, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of the area. While there were no major issues with my stay, I did feel that the hotel could have been more welcoming and attentive to my needs.
