The location was great – the HOHO bus was just a few minutes’ walk away and the bus station to Dublin was also close. Breakfast had many choices, stayed clean, and was well stocked. The rooms were spacious, the shower hot, and as a solo female I felt very safe.

The location was very convenient, the staff friendly, and the room comfortable. Dinner was tasty and the buffet breakfast offered a great selection. The only downside was that the fried food at breakfast was a bit lukewarm.

Everything was absolutely perfect; the breakfast and accommodation were the best we’ve had in Belfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and served meals quickly, making everything feel effortless. We’ll definitely book here again whenever we’re in Belfast.

The city centre location was great, but the room felt worn out with broken tiles in the bathroom and a sofa that was oddly positioned. There was no safe, and a screw head was sticking out from the divan base because the repair was poorly done. The décor looked tired, breakfast missed some menu items, and the staff seemed uninterested in guests.
