The staff could be helpful, but nobody was available to carry luggage, and the restaurant took too long to deliver food.

The location was excellent, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the restaurant staff stood out as particularly friendly.

The restaurant was good, but the main feature of the property was a cot with a bed that wasn't allowed to sleep on, which made noise; the suite room itself offered such a cot, so I expected better—totally disappointed with the cot provided.
