I WAS SCAMMED!!!!!!!! THE OWNERS ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! Upon arrival I found the entire apartment collapsed, no water in the kitchen or bathroom, and I couldn’t get into our booked room because the door had no knob and a washing machine was blocking it, and the room itself was also collapsed. The apartment smelled awful and was very dirty. I paid for the reservation and never got a refund!!!!!!!! The owner completely ignores messages and there is no contact. I DEMAND A REFUND!!!!!!!!! At midnight I had to quickly spend more money on a new stay because I had nowhere to sleep.

Zero. You, like us, may end up on the streets of Budapest in the middle of the night, without accommodation and without getting your money back. We booked a room for three days. We arrived late at night and received the keys at 23:20 (proof ignored). Upon entering the room we found a renovation: construction materials, tools, trash, broken doors, builders’ belongings, men’s dirty linens. On the first night we had no real chance to find another place. In the morning the builders broke in with their keys and continued the work. We have photos and videos that confirm this. Despite this, Booking refused a refund, citing the reason given by the hotel. No one at the hotel will answer after you pay. These are thieves.

“Bad”

The beds and the house were very dirty. Some people had written before that it was dirty, but we stayed because we had no other choice. I definitely do not recommend it; the only good thing about it is that there is a bus and train nearby

Only the courtyard that you enter. Stains on the third bed and no sheets for the duvet. The bed was in bad technical condition. The linens were soaked with cooking fumes from the kitchen. The room constantly smelled of sewage, making it impossible to sleep.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I have never had such a terrible and careless accommodation experience in my life. The room was tiny, neglected, and in extremely poor condition. The bunk bed was not properly secured and kept shaking even with the slightest movement. Instead of being able to sleep comfortably at night, you have to worry, “Am I going to fall out of bed?” Providing guests with such an unsafe bed is absolutely unacceptable. The cleanliness was a complete disaster. The beds had clearly not been cleaned, the areas underneath them had not been cleaned either, and clothes, socks, and various belongings left behind by previous guests were still lying around. Handing over a room to new guests in this condition is completely unacceptable. Calling this “clean” would be an insult to the word. Taking people’s money and providing such a dirty and unsafe environment in return shows a complete disregard for guests’ health and safety. The two most basic things anyone should expect from accommodation are cleanliness and safety. This place provides neither. Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a hotel or proper accommodation at all. It feels like a room that was simply handed over to the next customer without being cleaned. Think twice before making a reservation here. For me, this was a complete disappointment, and I will absolutely never stay here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
