I liked the hotel’s location, close to the beach—walkable or a short bus ride. The grounds were small but green, and the two merged hotels still left room by the pool. Food was well organized; we ate only at the hotel from 22.08 to 04.09 and never had any food poisoning or stale dishes. The dining area was always spacious, no queues. It was also handy that the beach café offered lunch and snacks, so we didn’t have to return to the hotel for meals. The evening program was a highlight: each night featured different acts—dance troupes, circus, live music—making it very entertaining. I was pleasantly surprised by traditional Turkish dances; it was my first time seeing such performances in Turkey, and they were truly beautiful in traditional costumes. What I didn’t like was that we were first assigned a room for disabled guests, which was awful except for the view. The next day we went to reception to ask for a change, and they only offered a new room the following day, ruining the start of our holiday. Another inconvenience was that, despite being a five‑star hotel, there were no slippers or bathrobes in the standard room, no napkins, and only two towels per person. The toiletries were limited to shower gel, cream, and conditioner, which were not always replenished unless we asked reception, and the fridge drinks weren’t restocked either, even though we tipped the housekeeping staff daily for their good cleaning.
