Everything was really pretty, I liked it a lot. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning in the area, but the rooms get cleaned regularly, and the terrace isn’t in a bad neighborhood.

Es un hotel con todos los detalles para pasar una estancia inolvidable en el Valle de Guadalupe. Limpio, tranquilo y acogedor, cuenta con jacuzzi exterior climatizado y piscina (no climatizada), pero en las fechas que estuvimos se agradecía el agua fresca. Cuenta con servicio de desayuno (mejorable), restaurante y bar abierto hasta las 22:00h. El personal de recepción, bar y piscina muy atentos. El único servicio que considero deberían mejorar es el desayuno. Te incluyen en el precio de la habitación, el desayuno de "cortesía" que se traduce en café, fruta cortada (ración muy escasa) y chilaquiles. Como recomendación, deberían ofrecer un buffet de desayunos acorde con la categoría del hotel, aunque esto suponga un incremento en la tarifa. The location is excellent and the hotel is very pretty. The street you have to take to get there is a dirt road.
