The location was nice. The pillow in the room was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

Our stay at this hotel was marred by inconsistent temperatures and poor service, despite a pleasant check-in experience and a nice overall style. The hotel's shortcomings were particularly evident in the public areas and our room, where we struggled with extreme cold and heat respectively.
