“Empfehlenswert”
Vila Praminek is ideal for tours in the eastern Riesengebirge, run by very friendly landlords who live on site; the accommodation was clean and the communal kitchen was frequently emptied of trash and the dish towels were changed. The pool is solar‑heated and clean, the garden is well‑maintained with a cozy seating area, and we stayed in the family room with a balcony; the space was sufficient for us in two rooms, and we had a dining table, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. From the balcony you can see the village, the forest, and the fields opposite; Horni Masov is a small, cosy village, not crowded, and you can shop from Monday to Sunday about 5 minutes on foot. We started several hiking routes directly in Horni Masov and there are good bus connections to the surrounding area. I did not read in the listing that it was a collection of rooms with a communal kitchen and how the rooms were exactly divided, but for our stay it was fine and we got along well with the other guests.
