The staff were nice and the bed was comfortable, but the room had sparse furnishings and the air conditioner blew right on the bed.

The location was nice, yet the property felt very dated; my carpet was very wet in a couple of spots, and I couldn't tell if the furniture downstairs in the lobby or in my room was everywhere I went—it was just old, dingy, or not clean.

When I called the front desk to complain that the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the customer service agent was very helpful and immediately gave us a different room still with a view of the harbor that smelled good; the first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
