The food just wasn’t my thing and the menu was pretty limited, which left me wishing for more options. On top of that, the staff’s communication was hit‑or‑miss, making simple requests feel like a hassle. Still, the room itself was clean.

When the AC gave out, the team quickly moved us to another room and had the unit fixed by the next morning – service was genuinely helpful. The staff are friendly, laundry facilities are easy to use, and the neighborhood is superb, with plenty of eateries, a Watson pharmacy, and convenience stores all within a ten‑minute walk. All in all, a very convenient base.

The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff work efficiently, making check‑in a breeze. The only thing that fell short was the courtyard, which could have used a deeper clean. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
