The spot is convenient, close to the station, and the staff were friendly. They offered a luggage storage service, though it wasn’t monitored. The rooms feel old, the bathroom is full of limescale, and there’s dampness on the hallway walls.

The place is great, just a short stroll from the station on a calm side street. Staff were very friendly, with a 24‑hour reception, always kind and helpful. Sheets and towels were spotless, and the room was generally very clean. The room feels dated and somewhat haphazard, with impractical furniture and very soft mattresses. The window didn’t shut properly, and there was no kettle or anything beyond the basics. Venice prices are high, but a little more focus on comfort and coziness would make a big difference.

The receptionist was an amazing lady! 🌷🙏 I didn’t catch her name, but I’m grateful for her hospitality and readiness to help. She actually upgraded our room and gave us a private bathroom, which was such a wonderful support! The hotel’s location was great as well. Thank you!

Although it’s a bit far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 20 minutes while enjoying the city. The staff were very friendly and everything was always very clean. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Nearby restaurants and shops have more reasonable prices than those right next to the square.
