The accommodation was secluded, a single‑family house with the first floor for the owner and the whole second floor for guests, accessed by a stairwell with no elevator. It was quiet at night with only insects and birds, and we didn’t encounter the host. Parking was available at the front. It’s best for self‑catering or those who prefer to dine out, as nearby shops are a distance away, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues. There was no bed for sleeping, but the environment was clean with no odd smells, making it a good option for those wanting to experience a traditional Japanese house. It’s close to the beautiful aquarium and Genki Village. The downside was the many stairs at night, insects were scary for those who hate bugs, and the curtains were too short to fully block the windows, so I was woken by the sun during the day. Even though there were no other homes nearby, privacy was still lacking.
