“Rustikale ruhige Unterkunft mit leckerem thailändischer Küche.”
The old inn sits right on the Nibelungensteig trail and offers comfy beds, cozy rooms and excellent Thai food. We were welcomed warmly, had a relaxed evening and a quiet night. Breakfast catered to our requests. All in all, it was a pleasant stop on our journey. The rooms have a somewhat old‑fashioned feel, a true relic of the past. I’m unsure what will happen if the current owner can’t continue; I just hope the inn stays in a form that lets travelers on the Nibelungensteig stay there.
“Optimal”
The silence, the cleanliness, and the lady of the house were all very lovely and right away won my heart. The drive through the “Forest of Horror” was a bit of a joke, but everything else was as described.
The location was very quiet, perfect for a night’s stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and had no complaints. The room was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, the room and adjoining bathroom were very cold; the heating couldn’t warm the room adequately when the outside temperature was zero degrees. There was also no TV.
Kein Fernseher, Barzahlung
The food was good. The bed was not.
