“False advertising”

The view was very nice, but we paid extra for a tripe room (double bed and single bed with slightly more floor space) with a view of the bridge in town. What we received was a small room with only a double bed (no extra single) with no outside light coming in but also no view of the bridge in town. I went to tell reception but they were closed and I messaged them and got no response. I waited till the next day, which is when in writing this review, and I still have no response. This place would have been nice however they ripped us off. Attached is a photo of the room we paid for and photos of what we actually got.

The place is perfect with an incredible view, but there are a lot of stairs and somewhere a low ceiling.

L'emplacement est vraiment au top. Une seule salle de bain pour 3 chambres, c'est un peu compliqué surtout quand les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Il faut prendre son ticket et faire la queue à la porte. Les chaises sur la terrasse sont cassées

“Trotz wunderschöner Lage fühlte ich mich nicht wohl und konnte nicht bleiben”

I could not use the accommodation because I did not feel comfortable there. When I inspected the mattress, I found many small blood stains under the cover. Since I had read reviews about a previous bedbug infestation, this made me very uneasy. I do not want to claim that bedbugs are currently present – I cannot assess that. For me, the feeling was so unpleasant that I could not sleep there. The floor was also very dirty upon arrival; after a few steps barefoot, my feet were full of hair and other particles. I addressed the situation on site and showed the mattress. Unfortunately, I still decided to find another accommodation on short notice. I am also disappointed that after contacting the accommodation multiple times and asking for a fair goodwill solution, I received no response. I do not want to accuse anyone – I can only share my personal experience. For me, cleanliness and the condition of the mattress were such that I did not feel comfortable there.
