The place is in a superb spot, super quiet, and close to a bunch of tiny shops for food; the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was super comfy and I loved the bathtub, but the Wi‑Fi was spotty sometimes and that's the only gripe.

Nice spot and a large room, but it was too hot and the fan they gave wasn’t enough; I couldn’t sleep with the window open because the tram was loud.

The location is great for catching the tram, but the two single beds were jammed together to make a double and the duvet and sheets were too small for the bed.

We felt very comfortable inside the house; the décor is simple yet tasteful, blending tradition and practicality in a well‑maintained setting, but on the weekend the service was heavily cut back: we couldn't find the TV and there was no help nearby.

I love the bed—it's the most comfortable in the world, the room is huge, fully equipped, spotless, and the staff attend to every detail; I was thrilled overall, but the TV in my room couldn’t play Netflix or YouTube, and despite the staff’s attempts it remained broken, so I only managed to watch TV for one night, though they were always helpful.
