A loud night with noisy birds on the roof kept me up all night, so I couldn't sleep at all.

The bathroom had no drain, the toilet flush was broken, and the sinks barely supplied water.

The breakfasts were excellent and a highlight of our stay, and the staff were friendly, but the beds felt hard.

Loation to my chosen activity. Lacking basic equipment for an enjoyable experience. eg : no drying rack No soap to wash your hands except the small bottle of shower gel given. No wash cloth for the shower gel. No fridge to keep any supplies cool. No night light near the bed. Bed was concrete hard. Maid was light fingered with loose change left on table. No airport shuttle service ( to or from ). Pool was very dirty
