Despite the challenging circumstances, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere, with hot water available. It was a welcome respite from the difficulties I was facing.

While I appreciated the warmth in my room, which was a nice touch, I was disappointed by the poor communication from the staff and the dirty floor in my room. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but the warmth in my room was a highlight.

I was impressed by the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The hotel rooms were spotless and had modern, new furniture. The hotel has two buildings, with the main one being relatively small and always powered by a generator, which also lights up the café on the first floor. The café serves delicious food and has a cozy atmosphere. It's a typical 2.5-3 star hotel that offers great value for the price.

The hotel's location was convenient, but unfortunately, the bathroom floor was flooded.
