I couldn’t stay because the host told me the room was occupied by her son; I had paid a non‑refundable rate and was left stranded. I spent the night looking for accommodation. It’s a shame.

Everything from the location to the comfort was perfect. Mrs. Eleonora is lovely, very helpful, and very friendly. Nothing was lacking.

Nothing liked us. Absolutely nothing matches the rating this place has. The room is part of an apartment where the host lives. The odor and cleanliness are very bad; we’ve never been in a messier apartment. The description mentions a terrace that can’t be used and is in a tragic condition. The bathroom is so small that a person taller than 1.50 m would have a hard time showering—see the photos I’ll upload. The host starts making noise at 7 am, but that’s normal since she lives there…

Make the shower box a bit bigger; everything else is perfect. The only regret is not being able to say goodbye to the lady because we left early.
