The location is great, with nice restaurants nearby and cool walking streets, but there was no drinking water, no refrigerator, and the elevator was frequently out of order. The price was not cheaper than other better hotels in the same area, and we had to pay extra for cleaning service.

No never again. this j hotel bukit bintang is run by scammers and fraudsters. I paid for full amount with free paid cancellation and the hotel j hotel bukit bintang changed the amount to be refund to a lower amount. really dodgy and shady. J hotel bukit bintang offered me a room with a inner room lock or bolt was broken and not working and the key lock was just as dodgy and shady as the people that run this j hotel bukit bintang. I said No. They offered me an another where I couldn't open the window because there were several open public rubbish bins outside my window in the alley way. it stunk. For me the older guy that works there .I am not sure if he is the owner . for me came across creepy. The j hotel bukit bintang is definitely unsafe and smells. Nothing
