The place is dreamy. It’s very remote and perfect for disconnecting and connecting with nature. In the early morning you hear howler monkeys, plus all the sounds of nature and little animals, something we found truly unique. The décor makes it feel like a fairy tale, and the place is exactly as shown in the photos—a very special and different experience. We also felt at home; the staff took great care of us during our stay and the food was delicious. We think there should be Wi‑Fi in the common area, even just for a few hours a day, so we could contact family or plan our next destination. Getting there requires a bit of fitness, as there’s a good uphill climb, but once you’re in the middle of nowhere it’s totally worth it. Also note that an additional tax is charged that isn’t indicated in the reservation.

The atmosphere, setting, and Diana’s kindness were lovely. There were rats in the accommodation and a poisonous frog in the shower, plus a discrepancy between the advertised meal prices and what we actually paid.

It’s right in nature, everything is taken care of super well, and they built everything themselves. My friends, truly, it’s a place with a lot of magic in the middle of the jungle 🙂. It’s difficult to reach and quite a climb.

A truly unique spot, fully immersed in the Tayrona Park nature. The property consists of a handful of small accommodations surrounded by greenery, inside a well‑maintained area that really feels like staying in the park’s heart. The lodgings are simple but comfortable and perfectly suited for this kind of experience. It isn’t a luxury place, but a place to live the park’s real essence and sleep close to Colombian nature. The surrounding fauna is incredibly rich, especially monkeys, and even the forest sounds add to the special stay. The location is also very convenient for exploring the park; a short walk reaches the road where buses stop, heading straight to the start of the main trekking routes. A special mention goes to Diana, who was an excellent host. She combined great professionalism with sincere empathy and attentive care for guests, qualities we appreciated a lot. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, immersive, and truly unique experience in Tayrona Park.
