The location is spot‑on, which made getting around easy, but the door handle was broken and swung open with a light push, so anyone could wander in. When I got there the front‑desk person was glued to his phone and didn’t have my room ready, so I had to call the number listed to get the door opened. They never handed me a key, the towels were threadbare and some were ripped, and the toilet flush button didn’t work – I ended up lifting the tank lid to make it flush.

I slept like a log – the beds were super comfy and the room was spotless. Nothing else to complain about.

The hotel sits in a terrible location, far from anything useful, and when we arrived the staff had no clue we were coming. Clearly the booking side and the front desk aren’t communicating. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were tiny – there wasn’t even a proper blanket, just a curtain to cover us. On top of that, the bathroom doors wouldn’t latch properly. Not the best value for the price.
