The resort offers everything you could want, yet I deducted two stars because they scheduled our seaplane at 6 am and then made us wait almost eight hours on a chair while our room wasn’t ready, even though they knew we had arrived the night before after a seven‑hour flight and could have arranged a later transfer or something to do at that hour; it was really frustrating to sit in the heat for seven hours without even being able to change because they had taken our luggage. Another annoyance was that at 9:30 am I was dying of thirst near the pool bar, asked for water, and was told the bar only opens at 10:00, which I found absurd; I later found a water dispenser 200 metres away, and on the way the bar staff chased me to give me the water, even though I hadn’t asked for a drink, just water. The large glass bottles they serve can’t be taken around the island, and I was also upset by the amount of plastic left on the beach; there are staff everywhere for guest service, but I didn’t see anyone collecting the plastic and bottles from the sea, which really bothered me. Finally, the “premium all‑inclusive” package, which sounds like it should be top‑tier and costs a lot, didn’t actually include everything—some items were still extra.
