The place was clean. The bedrooms were freezing cold all night, no heating, a breeze, and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. It was expensive for simple food—pizza and chips cost £40, and paying an extra £5 ph for swimming isn’t fair to young families.

Room, facilities, restaurant, and bar staff were great. The reception/front of house had an awful attitude.

The room was really good, the bathroom very clean and the towels were nice. The bed was comfortable, but the quilted blanket was far too heavy, making it uncomfortable; it was a bit chilly to leave it on and too hot to keep it, leading to a sleepless night – I needed a lower tog.
