Excellent stay at Villa Opus! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was exactly as described, and even better than expected. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A big plus for me was the convenient parking right next to the hotel, which is especially important when travelling by car. Overall, everything was great, and I would be very happy to stay here again. Definitely a place I would recommend and gladly return to!

I based this review on the villa’s five‑star rating; it isn’t necessarily a negative point, but that’s how I see it. Five stars seem justified by the price, though I got the off‑season rate, and in peak season it’s a bit higher. The staff were very good, communication was smooth, and the breakfast staff were a bit overworked but no problem. At breakfast you have to remember that the villa serves guests from other locations in the “Complex Opus” and there seems to be little space for everyone; I didn’t manage to go down to see. The furniture is clearly five‑star: solid, functional, comfortable, with a few small defects—chairs a bit wobbly, tiny spots on the walls, immaculate carpet, and a bit of dirt on the interior curtains. The lift works, but I had the misfortune of going down when there was a power outage: instant darkness, no light, zero signal on my phone, and the buttons didn’t work. Luckily it lasted only 1‑2 minutes; I didn’t see a generator at the villa, so I was lucky the power came back. The room is large, spacious, and bright. From the room I missed slippers, bathrobe, very thin toilet paper, good towels, shower gel, and soap. At the minibar I was disappointed to see that the almonds were opened and abandoned; the fridge was almost full of minibar drinks, so if you want to add something you don’t really have a place to keep it cold, and you’re forced to take them out if you want to chill something. The air‑conditioning is a big minus: the maximum temperature is 23.5 °C set by the smart thermostat at the door, in the warmest zone, away from windows. I came from a cold mountain area and the room was cold, a small window on the side and a thermostat at 25 °C; the receptionist helped raise the temperature a bit, but only temporarily, saying it would return to 23.5 later. The radiators were hot at first, then cold again after two hours. All night the radiators were cold, and we slept wrapped around our necks, the child and me. I understand not to waste energy by leaving windows open, but it’s a bit much, especially since you have no temperature control and everything is managed by reception; the thermostat stays locked. I don’t know if you need the air‑conditioning, but you don’t have it. The Wi‑Fi, if you get a signal, is fine. Also note that the location is pretty high up, at the end of the road, the restaurant is relatively close but it’s a bit of a walk around town without a car. Overall, I think it was okay. 2/2

Breakfast was good, the location a little farther from the city center, but close to the forest.
